K. Luan Tran is a founding
partner of Lee Tran & Liang,
a business litigation
boutique with offices in Los
Angeles and Orange County
(and an affiliated office in
Beijing). He was previously
with Quinn Emanuel. Luan
holds three law degrees,
including one from Harvard
Law School. He was selected
as among the “Best Lawyers
Under 40 in America” by
NAPABA, “Top 20 Under 40” in
California by the Daily
Journal, and “Super Lawyers’
Rising Stars” by the Los
Angeles Magazine. Luan also
sits on the Board of several
NGOs, including the Center
for Asian Americans United
for Self Empowerment,
VietAct, and the Institute
